putting in new headliner with a roll cage?
I have a full cage in my 66 mustang and I want to replace the headliner. I already have the fabric for it, but I'm wondering if its possible to do correctly if you can't really get at it.
Ideas?

You havea lot more room than I did. Is the glass out? Makes it easier. You know the deal, put the bows in the liner then if you can get them in the car, then the rest is easy. They are different sizes though.

Well I wanted to sandblast the entire car and fix all the little rust spots, then repaint the interior and exterior, so I'd need to take the headliner out before. Is there anything I should know before I start trying to pull it out?
I'm going to pay to have the new one put back in, but figured I might be able to pull it out myself. And yes the windows will be out of the car when it happens.
Anyone know of any good weather stripping kits?

If I sandblast the entire outside and fix the rust spots, should I be replacing all the trim? It looks pretty decent already, but how much work or money is it in replacing the trip?

tgrine, just out of curiosity I would love to see some pics of your car and hear your plans for it. It seems like you are building a road course car or something with a NOS i6 with a roll bar and stuff... just curious, cuz it sounds like a unique and interesting build.
