IMO,,, don't abuse it, but very frequently drive the sh*t out of it, changing RPMs as recommended.

Don't play with trying to get it hot or heat cycling the thing.. just drive it hard.

In other words, if you have an engine that ain't broken in on a dyno, do it a favor and frequently drive it very hard for the first few thousand miles.

It always works for me.

Keep in mind that some engines just break in differently. Some take longer, and some jest seal up better for no really good reason.
