RE: i dont know what to do now
check what jaw66 says. put key to ign pos, then run a proper jump lead from battery+ directly to the big red wire on selonoid (starter relais) which goes to starter. does it work then
try the same with a good known battery.
if that doesn't work, try:
check on the ground as mentioned above:
a starter needs a LOT of power. if the ground or starter relay is weak (loose or dodgy cables) then it just won't have the power to turn ...
it's like jumping another car with a 0.0002 gauge cable if you know what i mean .... it'll get hot and that's about it.
1. make sure the battery is ok. temporarly switch with good known battery from other car
2. make sure the connectors on battery are sitting tight over the full terminal
3. make sure you have a solid and good cable from battery to chassis
4. make sure you have a solid and good cable from battery to engine
5. check the cable (the fat one) to starter relais
6. check the cable (the other fat one) from starter relais to starter
check at least the voltage over battery and compare that to:
battery+ to chassis
battery+ to starter housing
battery- to starter selonoid+
best of luck!
