Found Cowl Leak, What's next?
I found the source of the rust on the floorpans. The cowl is leaking at the point where it joins the body. This appears to be the only bad spot on the cowl. I've check it closely and there only appears to be surface rust on the rest of the cowl.
My question is what are your suggestions for repair? I really don't want to replace the cowl. I don't have a jig to support the body, I only have jack stands....and I simply don't want to open that can of worms. This doesn't appear to require a simple patch though. Do you guys think a patch of some sort will work or is replacing the cowl the only option?

You may be able to buy the pieces that are needing replaced. If not, your in the can of worms. I wouldn't "rig" anything, you'll have more trouble down the road. Needs to be fixed right.
