Default T-5 Transmission

I just got my new fron suspension put on and took it to the shop to get it aligned. It felt good driving the car home today, first time in like 2 months! I parked the car outside my house ate some dinner and I was off to the post office to drop off some things. Low in behold the car starts, I tried to put it in riverse and it would not budge?? I put the car in neutral and it went forward???? I put the car in first then second and it would not budge the car would not pull at all?? If I push the clutch in itthe car will roll...other than that the car is in gear all the time? What the heck is going on?

Adjust the linkage per the shop manual.

it sounds like the problem child is closer to the shifter then actually inside the trans.

Does it still feel the same when you try to shift it?

i would start by popping the boot off and then removing the shifter and inspecting the ball/socket area of the shifter. if that checks out it could be a much more serious issue.

Yes I popped that off. That was all still in tact. When I put in in 1st-R the car will not budge it is like it has a super brake... The call will not move!

carefull with that, not that you have managed to be in 2 gears at same time.
check for linkage/shifter first
