I'm doing the T5 conversion on my '65 Mustang. Tranny came today.

I want to sell the T-10 transmission that came out of the car on craigslist.org.
I'mjust not sure how much to ask. One thing to note is that it would pop out of 2nd gear occasionally.
One just recently sold on ebay for $247. The ad said it also pops out of 2nd gear.
Do you think this is high, low or average????


Any help would be appreciated!

Everyone I ever drove popped out of 2nd gear. That is why I like the toploader. Good choice going with the T5. I think the top loaders are up to about $600. I would start in the $400-500 range and see if you get any bites.

I sold an early falcon type one on ebay for $175 and it was in unkown condition. I never had it in a car. $275 sounds way cheap.
