Fuel Injection to Carb on 302

I have a 302 with Fuel injection that I want to change to a Carb system. Can I just change the intake and add a Carb if I take the FI off.The FIburnt up in a small fire but the rest of the motor is really good.

yep sure can. Also being EFI there should be smog pump holes on the back end of the heads. these holes are threaded and will need to be plugged.
