I was working away on my project when one of the guys came up to show me the pictures of his sister-in-law'scar in Florida. She had just sold it in Dec '07 and he was mad at her for not calling him first. It was a winter blue '69 Mach I with the white interior. Looks exactly like the one in the video clip. She sold it for only $14K.
He then showed me the pictures of all his brother's cars, many of which made the mustang look like a beater. I was actually a little suspicious. People buying a show winning Mach one for $14K?Those are just urban legends right?

yes the member is 03Mach69Mach He posted that same video in my recent thread along with more information on his car. Its a wonderful looking color, and the color choice was great! (same as mine 
) What helps to make his rare is the white interior along with the options and 428cj

Hey, Thanks for the heads up. Yeah, this is my baby. We traveled to Franklin TN back in Sept. to shoot this video footage. We started at 8:00 in the morning and ended up at around 7:30 that evening. About half the day was setting up the shots and the rest were the shots. Here are some photos that my brother took during the video shoot.

It was probably the most fun that I have had with the car in a long time. The producer & camera guys were great to work with. We laughed and joked all day.
Thanks for all the nice words. My car & collection pales to the one that 67 evil eleanor (Mike) has!! He is the best and very knowledgable about vintage Stangs.

This car is an example of how a car with low options is a rare car. My car has the R code 428 CJ motor but has no power brakes or power steering. Let me tell you, 4 drum brakes make you very cautious driving around.The car has very little options (AM Radio & deluxe belts). In 1969, something like 65% of Mustangs had power steering and like 55% had power brakes.

Depends on what year you were looking to buy it! I won't tell you what I paid for mine back in 1999.
