strange electrical fan problem

I swapped the breaker for a fuse, seems to be working great now. Thanks for all the input folks. Hopefully that was the definate problem.

For some reason (brain fart) I didn't even consider the breaker (its right in their). If you go to a fuse and that cures the problem, I still would change it back to a auto reset breaker. Even thoughthe ratingsare the same, they can withstand the start up amp surge better than a fuse thatwill often pop.
