First of all, welcome to the site. It sounds like you started a project and are now giving up. Add up everything you have spent so far, then see if you can break even. Then post it in the For Sale section.

You've listed a bunch of parts, but you haven't said if if the car is a hardtop, fastback, or convertible. (Makes a big difference!) You also didn't say if all these new parts are installed or just come with the car (when purchased). Does the cowl leak? Are the floors rusted? How about the frame rails: front and rear? Is the car driveable?
Assuming that none of these parts have been installed yet - why not just take the amount you paid for the car and add up the costs of all those new parts and list it at the total?

the mustang is a hardtop and all the parts are installed except for the rear bumper
it needs a motor but i have a 351c and a trnny for it also
needs front windsheild brakes and tires and front grille
floor pans have very little rust really not noticable
and frame rails are excellent
nothing leaks on the car
and it is not drivable

Have you read what we've said about adding up what you've got in the car so far?
But based on what you've written - an un-driveable '65 hardtop with no engine, transmission, windshield, tires, or grille - I'd guess $1500 or $2000. There are just still too many of these things left out there in very presentable condition for $3500...
Your description also raises an interesting point: if it has no engine or windshield - saying that it has "no leaks" is either pointless or not true.

it has tires just old and dried out and it has a tranny it just needs the motor rebuilt and we did have the glass in it but it was cracked and we kept it garage stored after we took the window out so it had no leaks when it was outside but after the window was out we put it inside
