also are rollertip rockers a true advantage to the engine?

The heads should have a narrow slot for the pushrod to go through, acts the same as a guide plate.

roller tip rockers are a good improvment, takes a ton of side load off the valve stem, and reduces friction,helps keep oil temps a bit lower. of course a full roller rocker would be even better. less friction =more horsepower
