Default RE: 67 sway bar clearances

My buddy's 67 had the exact same problem but I think it was hitting on the strut rod supports. We had to make spacer blocks to move the sway bar down in order for it to clear. Another friend has a 67 and his sway bar looked totally different with the center section pointing almost straight down. It does not hit the car anyewhere but it is so low that it hits the ground at times since his car is lowered so much. I wonder what the differences between the 65/66 and 67 cars really are since I have NEVER had any problems with sway bar fit on any of my 66 vehicles.

Default RE: 67 sway bar clearances

Upside down?
Mine is not even near and doesn't rub the ground either.
The basis suspension should be very similar for 65-70...
