Default 302 swap

Hey i drive my 72 coupe as my DD and its still running on the stock 302... well its leaky and worn out after 36 years. I found a 92ish 5.0 mustang that was wreked and was looking into swaping the EFI 302 into the stang to improve economy and so i dont have to worry about the darn thing so much... both cars are complete so i was just wondering how much work it would be to swap the EFI motor in.... it also has AC which my car had originally but someone removed over the years... the EFi motor is stock and in good shape as well and it seams like the wisest choice... and help would be great, thanks guys
