Looks like a '69 camaro or firebird. Notice it also has rear disks on it.

I'm going all out. I figure since it is all torn down I want to do it right the first time. I'm going to have a new Boss 302 built for it. The trans is going to be a beefed up C4. Wheels are going to be 16" Torq Thrust IIs, not sure about tires yet. I decided on Grabber Orange with black stripes. Interior is still up in the air. I definately want the sport seat conversion minus the headrests. Possibly leather...

And yes that was a Camaro. The other day I saw it with a fresh coat of poly primer getting ready to be blocked.

Sounds like fun! Make sure you can make the Boss fit ok. I'm not positive but I think you'll have to notch the shock towers a bit if it's a true boss motor with the 351C heads. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure it requires some mods.

Wow, the damage a vinyl roof can do. The shop looks like they did a great job and your car looks to be pretty solid. How are the floors and cowl?

Sounds like your ride is going to be sharp! Good luck with it and keep posting pictures.

I'm going with a new Boss 302 block from Ford Racing. I wasn't aware that this required shock tower mods. Did I completely miss something?

The front floor boards are gone the shop is going to replace those as well. I'm not sure about the cowl but my guess is that it needs work.

Sounds like you might be ok but it's gonna be tight and make sure you get the right headers for the job? Here's a link to some good info.

Check the cowl pronto, if it is gone you will need to replace the outer and inner panels which will delay your paint job. Looks awesome.

Default Small update...

The passenger quarter panel and door is all straightened out and the driver and passenger front floor pans should be replaced this week. No word on the cowl yet but they know to check it out. Also, I gave the go ahead for the motor shop to start my motor. They ordered the block and rotating assembly. I decided to stroke the Boss 302 to 331. I'll post the details of the motor when I get them tomorrow.
