wheel help ideas

What kind of lug lock is it?
I've seen people hammer old sockets onto the lug lock. I've also heard of people welding on a lug nut to the lock. I suppose cutting and splitting the lug lock would work as well.
Do you care about damage to the wheels?

There are removal kits available to get those off. They're not something you're going to be able to buy yourself (usually a tool truck item), but a tire shop may have one on hand. They might charge you a few bucks, but it shouldn't be a problem to get them off.
