I'm definitely liking your plans. The torque thrusts are a good choice, black with the chrome lip with the green will look sweet. As for the 17s, they are pretty much the limit as to what I would run size wise. I'm running 8 inch wide up front and 9.5 inch out back, but I do get tire rubs every now and again, so maybe more narrow would have been better. Also I would definitely go with a brake booster, it helps immensely.

Yeah im very strongly considering the brake booster, its in the plans, eventually anyways when funds allow, for the wheel sizes imma see about using a 17x7 up front and a 17x8 out back, i havent looked up the wheels much yet but im just assuming (hopin) they make those sizes i think itll work out good that way

I'm pretty sure they make those sizes, and they should fit nicely in the wheel wells. Also are you going to stay with the original rear-end or are you going to bump up to a tougher set-up?

Nice, definitely a good idea, especially when you're planning on running a 351. I think I have an 8" though it might be a 8.8" can't really remember right now. What kind of gearing are you thinking about?

It's been a while since we did all that, but I'm pretty sure we put 3.55s in ours, it's pretty good on the highway and pretty good around town if you know what I mean.

yeah im thinkin 3.55s or 3.73s, 3.55s will be a little better for highway driving but when i really think about it this car isnt going to see too much highway driving, which really leads me to want 3.73s which will help me really come out of the hole hard, sorry to be a pita but i have another question for you, what size tires are you running, i found a nice set of wheels that are the black bullit style with the chrome lip that are 17x7 up front and 17x9 out back, im thinkin if maybe i run just the same size rear as you are or maybe slightly narrower i wont have any rubbing issues anywhere

I'll check tomorrow for you, but I get a rub up front because they're a bit wide, and out back I'm actually running a 1" spacer to have it ride right to the edge of the wheel-well, to match the front. So I think 9" wide in the back should be ok, well, depending on how wide your rear axle is. I need to find the little book that we've written all the details down in, once I do that I'll be able to help more.
