Independent/Coil Over Suspension Question
What is a good company to buy Coil Over Front Suspension From & Independent Rear Suspension.
Is it worth it?
How much better ride quality is it?
Does it make the car handle better with them?
please let me know, i am thinking about getting both for my car but want to hear your goods and bad of them. thanks

I've always liked TCP's front end setup. High quality and adjustable. That said, Global West has a warranty on theirs, so something to consider.
Will it make the car handle better? Sure. Is it worth it? Depends on how much money you have, and how fast it's burning a hole in your pocket. You can make the stock suspension design handle very well with a couple low-dollar mods (Shelby drop, roller perches, beefier coils), so keep that in mind while shopping.

I agree with Starfury. I've looked at the TCP setup and it is very nice. Plus you can buy it in pieces.
Now if you have deep pockets or a lot of cash laying around I have read Griggs is the best but you have to buy that all at once. Plus if you're really pushing the car the suspension is so good I hear it will last longer than the unibody of a classic mustang.
Just something else to think about.
For day to day "fun driving" I'd go with the TCP setup personally.

There are a few companies that have kits that allow you to use the IRS from a cobra which would be the cheapest IRS to put in. Team321 can fab up an IRS using donor parts from the thunderbird and mark viii IRS in whatever track width you need but its a little expensive. And even more expensive would be the Heidt or Dutchman IRS with a 9" center section and inboard disc brakes based off the old jaguar IRS.

TCP is total control products... www.totalcontrolproducts.com/
I just got a front and rear set up from them and spent around 7K total I got brakes and rotors, spindles, rack and pinion set up, tie rods, and master cylinder too though.
I have a picture of the front set mocked up out of the car on my member information section if you want to see what it looks like in real life.
Really well made and beefy construction. I am anxiously awaiting the car to come back from paint to start putting everything on it.
