Batenswytch

My husband recently bought a 71 Grande w/a 351C 2V. He's not restoring it, per se, but is making it 'his own'. It has an automatic transmission in it. He wants to toss it and put in a Borg-Warner 4 speed tranny. Anyone know how big a PITA this'll be?
