Default Diagnosing Electrical Failure

The past few months i've had very finicky electrical power to certain features such as the radio, turn signals, P-R-N-D-2-1 indicator light, tach, and gauge feeds(gauge lights work though). It is quite intermittent so i ignored it.

Today though, all of those functions stopped working completely. I realize that these are all things that run through the fuse in the upper left side of the fuse box (14A) but the fuse looked fine. I even popped in a new one to no avail.

Where should i look to track this sucker down?

On the bright side the car starts and runs fine. all other electrical functions work (head/tail lights, dome light, gauge lights, emergency flashers)

Thanks in advance
