aod will not down shift

Default aod will not down shift

I put a AOD in my 65 and it it not down shift when I stop without jumping, what's up?
I took it to Ford to ajust the TV cable but it still jumps.

vacuum problem?
i dont know much about transmissions at all so dont take my word for it

no vaccum on the AOD just the TV cable if it not adjusted properly it will cause all kinds of drive ability problems and will burn the tranny up
