Default 1966 conv quarter trim removal

my quarter window fell into the shaft, and it looks like im gonna have to fix the track or something. I can get the back seet out but for some reason i cant figure out how to get the quarter trim off, anyone kow how? Also i cant getthe regulator handle off, so that might be whats keeping it on.

The regulator handle needs to come off. Use a small Allen wrench to loosen the screw holding the handle on.

Behind the handle. See the small hole.

Pick up a shop manual. The $35-40 bucks is well spent. It will show you how the window parts go back together. I found fixing mine a real pain even with the book. Plus the book will help on most any project you do.

+1 on the shop manual.
I think the rear quarter only has 1 screw top left corner, then lifts out.

I would also suggest buying a shop manual, you will use it's value many times over. In my coupe the quarter window rolls on 3 or 4 nylon bushings that fits in the track guides. I'm sure it's the same for yours but they are relatively cheap and easy to replace.
