Wheels.
now i know everyone keeps asking this but for some reason my search button wont lookup anything. now i know i will need spacers. what sizes would i need again? for 1999-04 wheels.
i am going to have to run 17's because of the disc break kit in going to run so would i be able to get away with 8" in the front or no way possible? and i would like to run the widest tire possible in the back and i am going to get the new leaf springs that raise the rear 1" and i might also get the extended shackle just for extra clearence. i would like nothing less then 9" in the rear but i would love to run the 10.5" DD in the rear that they have in this rim. im never going to have anyone in the backseat. so i dont have to worry about that. what would it take to acheive this all? thanks

Rear tires either fit or they don't. Jacking the *** end up like it's still the 70's doesn't make the tires fit, it just raises the fender wells off tires that are too wide, destroying handling and pinion angle in the process.
Check out Dodgestang's wheel/tire charts. That'll tell you what people are actually running on their vehicles.

you need a 1 inch spacer to fit 94-04 rims. I have flared fenders to fit wider than stock rear rims. i got them from www.maierracing.com they have to be bonded on then molded in. i bought 1 piece flared front fenders. im running 17x8 bullits on all four corners right now with 245/45 17 tires. i hope i can move up to a 315 series rear tire and deep dish rim when i have the money to upgrade.
I went with SSBC force 10 13inch rotor setup in the front, and ssbc 10.5inch disc in the rear
