The cam kit includes the lifters as well.

I ran Desktop Dyno2000 on it which gave 409hp @ 5500rpm and 439ft @ 4000rpm at the flywheel. How close DD2000 is to true number I have no idea.

There are definite advantages to be had with a hydraulic roller cam vs a flat-tappet cam. Not the least of which is that you don't have to be anywhere near as concerned about finding oil with a high enough concentration of zinc additive (ZDDP). The last engine I built got a HR, and I doubt that I'd ever go back to flat-tappets unless a racing rulebook tells me I have to (and I still wouldn't like having to do it).
