Default Sticking Caliper

I took my '67 Convertible to get it aligned yesterday. The mechanic told me the front driver's side brake was sticking. He showed me how much more freely the passenger side turned. Can anything be done to get a caliper to stop sticking, or do I need to replace it?

Probably some gunk in there so bleed it or maybe take it off and try and flush it out with new brake fluid or maybe varsol. Worst case rebuild it.
