Default i think i found a good deal!

there is a guy on craigslist offering a 9inch for 200 bucks, i have yet to talk to him, but i know that for my 67 coupe, stock length is 59.25 inches from flange to flange, then it says Subtract 5" for bare housing length. is this 59.25 inches from one end of the axle to the other? or just where the leaf springs bolt up to the rear?
