mounting depth of kick panels with speaker pods
I plan on getting kick panels with speaker pods but the ones from mustangs unlimited only allow for a speaker with a 2" depth. The speakers I'd like to get have a 2.5" depth. Does anyone know where I can get kick panels with speaker pods that allow for at least a 2.5 inch depth? Or perhaps the supposed 2" depth on the ones from mustangs unlimited is falsely advertised and in actuality you can fit a thicker speaker. any help would be appreciated!

I bought the Kicker KS600 6-1/2" speakers from Crutchfield for my front kick panels which we got from NPD. Last month I cut the hole, mounted the speaker and it fits... *just*! I have a sound baffle that gets installed behind it which is about 5/16" thick and I'm not sure if they will fit. Currently I don't have carpet installed or the kick panels fitted 100% but I know they will fit at least.
