Default WOOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!

FINALLY SOME FREAKING HEAD WAY

when i first put my quart panels on a few months ago, i did so without even consideration of a door (DOH!)
i even started the quarters AFTER inner rockers, and before doors went on

i got around to putting doors on late December early January
didnt fit worth a ****, and couldn't adjust at all...
i left it basically untouched until just yesterday

it was a result of sagging, it being a convertible, and the door post with the windshield was bent as an effect, its a long complicated mess, but after the consultation of a 35 year experience Uni Body Frame Repair Specialist, we worked on pulling it to where it needed to be, it didn't take much from this guy, i think he could have done it in his sleep.
but suddenly the doors shut perfectly all the gaps were correct, and a few hours later the quarter i had moaned and groaned over, was fitting PERFECTLY!

I was beat down over this and couldn't take another hit more, but today i got some serious motivation and will to keep on keeping on.

Now that it is "straight", will it stay? Curious if it will try to settle again. Can you add subframe connectors to keep it in line? Congrats!

Now THAT is Dedication! Right on! LOL I'm glad to hear you had a great day and something finally worked out. It really does make a difference when you've had 2 or 3 or 4 things go not so right. I'm pretty sure most of us have had the rough times when nothing goes right.

That sounds like a good day.

I second the notion for subfame connectors.
