Default Someone please help (rear frame rails on 67 fastback)

Hey Guys
Im really hoping somone can give me some advice. I recently bought a 67 fastback and am in the middle of replacing the whole back end(inner and outer wheel wells ,quater panel ,tail light panel)

The problem is the left frame rail is sitting about a 1/4 inch higer then the right so the tail like panel wont line up to the bumber holes in the trunk .
Is there anyway i can adjust the rail to be level? i tryed putting pressure on it by standing on it but obviosly the pressure bring it back up when i step off.
Will this effect the driving once it is drivable ?
the trunk panel also will not fit right because of this.
Please help !
