I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not I can reuse the t10 4 speed and bellhousing/clutch/flywheel setup I currently have on my '65 289 with a newer efi 5.0? I already have the 5.0 in the corner of my garage and would like to put in my '65, but haven't been able to find conclusive info as to whether or not this parts combo will work or not.

Depends on if your 289 is a 5 or 6 bolt.

i have a 65 with the original bellhouse and t10 on a 302, just check if the bolt patterns on the block and the bellhouse line up
