Beast,

Every Mustang is worth saving. As the others have said, replace the body panels, bumper, and crossmember. Also, take it to a frame shop to straighten the L frame rail and anything else that's tweaked. Chances are, you'll find stuff. It's not too expensive if you do a portion at a time. You have to be patient. I spent 3 years restoring my car on weekends. It was worth it.
