Question Advice Needed for Doo Hinge Fix

The passenger door hinge on my 68 needs to be fixed/replaced. I have a bushing/pin kit in case it can be repaired instead of replaced. I understand there's 3 ways to approach this in order to get to the bolts: 1 - remove fender; 2 - remove door; 3 - cut pin with door and fender in place and install new bushing and pin if the hinge isn't too worn out. I bought a SnapOn S-wrench but even with that I can only get to 2 of the bolts, and I can see that I'm going to chip some paint if I'm not careful. Since I have no one to help me with this, which method would you suggest? You guys have the expierence in this that I don't. Thanks!

That would be DOOR hinge - not DOO..........sorry.

I removed the bottom fender bolt so i could pull the fender out far enought to get a flex socket on the hinge bolts on my 66.

Never thought of that! I'll see if I can do that without damaging the paint. I already chipped it trying to use a wrench - even with masking tape over it. Thanks.
