I just bought the 65-66 cowl. Pictured below. A 67 would be a little different. Yeah when I went to cutting that thing off the car the pucker factor was high. I supported the car in the middle from underneath just in case. Take your time and measure and re-measure. I also just tacked it in place and put the fenders and hood back on to make sure everything lined up before welding it in solid. It really sounds a lot scarier than it turned out to be!
