Default 67 parking brake, need a picture

Hey guys, I searched and it seems that all of the threads are old enough that the pictures dont show up anymore..

The previous owner removed everything for the parking brake. I bought all new parts from NPD and local but although NPD clearly gave me wrong parts (wrong part number too) it still doesnt make sense with lengths of cable and where the brackets go.

On a 67 coupe, at what part in the car does the equalizer sit? under the drivers seat? near firewall?

If anyone had a pic it would be greatly appreciated!

thanks.

What does the equalizer look like? I took off all my ebrake parts recently and might be able to tell you.

https://mustangforums.com/forum/clas...underside.html it goes on the opposite side of the idler shown. basically just behind the firewall, about 3-4" ahead of where the subframe ends. there should be a tab on the underside of the car for it to slide into.
