Default Street Master Intake?

Any one used one?
Heard 'bout em?

I have an opportunity for a good deal on one...
It's old, but it's never been used....
$50

And on a side note, My "matched" weight pistons are up to 7 grams apart form each other which is plain intolerable.... Called up the retailer, they want me to pay $30 shipping both ways, then there are no promises the set they send me will be matched. I took it easy on them on the phone today but if there isn't a better resolution when i call again tomorrow, some one's gonna get a ear full. Just a little rant,,,,,

Thats total Bull crap about the pistons..

From what Ive heard, the streetmaster is pretty much a fall on your face at 4500 RPM type of intake.. Dont go for it.

the intake is a P.O.S its not worth it. Even the cheapest chinese knockoff of a performer intake will run circles around it. That probably why it was never used.

The Edelbrock Streetmaster manifold was the design before the Performer. Like boogerschnot said, they did cut out before 5K!!!!! That manifold went away and was redesigned into the Performer. Their Streetmaster was at least better than their "SP2P" manifold that they made for trucks that seriously, ran out between 3500-4K!!!!!!! Cal the Better business bureau, chamber of commerce, everyone you can about the companies RUDE policies. Make sure to tell them that customer service should be number one because without customers, they don't get paid. Also post it on http://www.ripoffreport.com/
Good luck.
