What type of distributor?

What type of distributor?
I'm searching Napa looking to get new wires, new cap, new points, and a new condenser to go along with a new rotor I bought last week for my stock ignition system.
I keep seeing descriptions on the points, condenser, and rotor, each part labeled for "dual advance distributor" or "loadamatic distributor" or the condensor with "2 3/8 wire" Which do I go for?
The rotor I bought was labeled "w/ Ford distributor" and the one labeled "w/ dual advance distributor" did not look like the right one.
If you go there and search the online store, enter in 1965 Ford Mustang w/ a 200 Inline-6 and go to the category "Ignition parts & filters" > "Ignition Parts, Distibutors & Distibutor Parts," you will see what I see.

This is the Load-O-Matic:
66-67 200 with California Emissions and all 200 starting in 68 had a dual-advance distributor, which had both vacuum and centrifugal advance:

Oh yeah I do have a loadamatic, thank you very much 2+2!
Rmodel & Longlive289s - Thanks for the suggestion but I'm trying to keep my car as stock as possible :]
Is there any real point in replacing a distributor cap that doesn't look broken or damaged at all? (I do not know the age of it however)

Over time, distributor caps that still look good, are supposed to build "carbon trails" inside, that can "re-route" spark from the right terminal to another terminal on the cap (fires the wrong cylinder) causing a misfire.
Frankly, I think the caps will last a lot longer than the "scheduled maintanance" calls for, (Similar to the to the idea that changing your oil every 3,000 miles is a good idea, I think this is largely a waste of money,,,)
But then again what does a cap cost, like $10.00?
