I'm cheap and lazy i can build a nasty small block for the price of a cobra swap tho.But each there own but i would run a lsx over any mod motor they are cheaper and would fit better they are about the size of a 351.

67 evil: couldnt agree more. while mod motors usually can start throwing huge numbers around it takes EVERYTHING to do it. if you want cheap id do as 67 evil said....289/302 stroked to 331 or 347 (if you wanna say f**k you cylinder walls!). sorta on/off topic i was at the vintage races this last weekend and all mustangs ran small blocks stroked to 331. but not sure what you wanna do with it
