Default 1965 6 cylinder hardtop

Hey guys, I am doing a favor for a family member who is getting a divorce, she has a 6 cylinder from 65, grey with black vinyl roof, she is the second owner, she bought it when she was 17, now she is 44. She has not seen the car in 12 years it has been tucked away in a rental property garage, I had a few conversations with her now ex about the car a few years back and he said it needs a total resto, but it is complete and probably numbers matching hardtop coupe, not a fast back. I am just asking how much you guys think it,s worth, if it even worth the hassle to dig it up and have it trailer a couple of hundred kilometers to my place to try to sell it for her. Give me you oppininons, and oh yes I do not want to restore it since i have a black 2000 gt conv already all fixed up, but it has crossed my mind.

Man it really depends, pictures are usually a must in deciding the value of a car.

Being that you probably have a better idea of the condition of the car, you can try searching Ebay or Craigslist for 1965 Ford Mustang 6-cylinders which are in similar and see what price they are going for.

It depends on where you live. You use the word kilometers so I assume you dont live in the USA. With it being a 6 cylinder it is not as desirable as a V8 car. Having a vinyl roof make sure it is not rusted out as well. Pics would be a big help.

What the heck does that have to do with the topic of this thread?

Obviously yours was not taken care of because mine is actually pretty quick for being a six.
