Pulsation / Vibration only when turning right

You need to torque the wheel bearing retaining nut correctly. You MUST have the proper bearing preload. If they're retorqued correctly,t hen you might want to pull the hub and check it for roundness/trueness. It could be a warped hub. Where the wheels put on with an impact wrench since the swap? That's what typically warps hubs/rotors. Also, are you sure the wheels are straight? Are all your ball joints good?

My dad and brother recently rebuilt a 1968 Chevy Corvette and while driving, they had a similar vibration and popping sound when turning to the right.
Their problem turned out to be with the u-joints and rear axles. They replaced the u-joints and polished the axles and the vibration and popping went away.
Hope that was helpful somehow.

Otherwise, backing off the wheel bearings 1/2 turn is too much. I doubt it's your problem, but normally you snug the bearings LIGHTLY then back off to the first slot that allows a cotterkey to fit.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not understanding how changing the rear tires side to side will swap the vibe to the other side showing a locker problem? Can you educate me please?
