Default Front seats newly upholstered

Just finished upholstering our front seats with the Light/Dark Ivy Gold. Added some additional foam to the sides for extra bolstering which worked out great. Used the standard upholstery and not the sports kit so it was a bit of a stretch but was easily done. Also added headed seat elements for those chilly days. A couple wrinkles appear to show more in the photos and don't show nearly as much in person. I'll hit them with a bit of steam later maybe.

Thanks. While it was time consuming it was fairly easy to do. I'd have to recommend anyone thinking of having their seats redone tackle it themselves! This is not something you need to pay someone else to do.

I'm having the old headrests from the late 80s mustang seats reshaped and covers being made to match. I cut the 80's seat back and welded the top into the 67 seat frame. Sadly I never got a photo of that. Once I get the covers made for the headrests I'll cut and install them into these.

Wow, beautiful. The light and dark is fantastic and it looks like you did a really nice job. The I want those. I'll be over around 3 AM to pick them up. You don't have any big dogs do you?
On another note (to make you forget about the planned theft) I know the color is Ivy Gold. My interior is Ivy Gold. My exterior is Honey Gold. But it all looks green to me. How about you? I have never really seen the gold in mine.

Thanks hgc and yes.. there are 2 dogs here. Both of which would lick to you death.. if you actually woke them. They changed the tone of the Ivy Gold and it differs from that of the 65 interior. As for seeing the gold in it you need to be in the right light to see it. I find it shows up a bit more in the Light then the Dark.
