The 2 shots on video of the red 65 fastback auto (mine) the first one with sound is nothing more than a fast start...just stomp the go pedal.

LOL I was thinking the same thing you just gave it some gas.
with my car the trick is not to spin thru 1,2 & 3rd

I had to let off the gas just before it would have shifted into 3rd I was running out of driveway.

that white 69 looks a torque monster :-) or very littlke traction.

can't do that anywhere unfortunately. I could never find a spot where noone would watch my first attempts. i was donutting it alright and wheel spinning on fast start, but I could never practise it sitting.
How do you do that with no linelock and not burning up your brakes?

Doing fast start burnouts takes life off your tires
Dong sit and spin burnouts takes life of your tires and your rear brakes because all you are doing is using the power of the motor to 'overcome' the rear brakes.
