Sounds like you are running rich.

And along with the white smoke and bucking? Running rich and a blown head Gasket?

might just be rich and not a head gasket. Mine runs rich during start up because of the way my 2bbl is setup and it smokes occasionally. Bucking could possibly be caused by having too much fuel also.

I'm going to stick with my origonal thought on this one, that you seem to be burning oil.

I had my bro take off the air cleaner and start it. He said no more smoke but it smelled like burning oil. Why would it do that? Is burning oil a head gasket or something worse?

More info. He says he puts it in gear and all it does is rev up and make a "whirring" noise but doesn't go. Unrelated?

Sounds like the trans lost some more fluid....I'm betting it went into the motor. Did you look at the modulator? Is the black on the plugs heavy or just a misty look?

I can't explain the modulator to him. He's "cartarded". He says it looked shiny wet not just misty. I'll have to check the mod when I get there in a couple weeks.
