Default Anyone help me identify this trans

I'm looking to rebuild my trans but i'm not sure which trans it is. If anyone can help out it's appreciated

where can i get a rebuild kit? I'm looking for the pump also.

If the tranny fluid pan has a shape like home plate then it's an AOD. The AOD pan has the word "METRIC" embosed into it.

Any way to tell what year/kind of AOD it is. There seems to be like 2-3 different AOD rebuild kits availabe.

That does not look like an AOD. More like a C6 or FMX. An AOD doesn't have vacuum anything on it..

That hose coming off the side is a tranny cooler line.

You are correct sir.

From what I remember the differences was the forward/reverse drums, one being cast and the later ones stamped steel. I would call a good AOD parts supplier to find out which one you have from the code on the trans.
