i just got the vinyl top for my 1967 coupe and it seems to be way to big. I was hoping that when i got it that i would not have to cut anything out. Any tips about this would be very usefull.

When you install it start at the front center portion of the roof. I would recommend getting a hold of a local upholstry shop and ask them for some tips. Most of these guys are helpful bring a 12Pk with you this seems to help with some assistance. You might even have to drive down the hill to Ukiah there is probly more shops there. Good luck

thanks for the help. any idea about cutting the vinyl so it fits the car? the factory seems to have given me about 1 or 2 feet extra on the back. and the shape around the door is wrong. It almost seems like it is the wrong top.
