For the next car we will do just exactly that, I want a '69-'73 fastback in the worst way.
For now, I want the experience and knowledge that this car will give me/us and we can appreciate these cars soooo much more because of it.

For me, it's all about standing back, looking at the finished product and saying to myself "Yeah, I did that". Who gives a **** how much time and money go into it. There is nothing like diving into something that you have no or very little experience with and it turning out just like you imagined it would or should. Besides, it gives a person some time to just relax and forget about the daily problems that everyone experiences.

When I used to build high dollar custom snowmobiles the best part was always just staying in the shadows and listening to what other people thought of my work. I got one of those featured on the cover of a magazine with a nice write up inside and now that's the goal with my car.

Not much of an update to the car itself as it has been too cold to work on it in the garage.

I did get my trunk panel brace, Ford tooling tail light panel, and Scott Drake export brace in December so i will have those ready when I get to work on her again.

I did get all the boxes of parts I got with the car sorted out and a bunch more parts cleaned and painted up.

I'm working on getting my welder ready to go now, my helmet will be here on Monday and I just got my .30 solid wire for it today. I got all the electrical supplies today so I can run a dedicated electric line to run it and I hope to do that this weekend.

Not an exciting update, but an update nun the less.
