Default transmission for a 408W

What kind of trans should I put behind my 408W running between 450-550 lbs? I like the
T-5s but can you get one built to handle the power?

I do not think the Tremec T5 will stand up to 500ft*lbs of torque. They max out at 230 or 300 depending on the version. My understanding is you have to go to a TKO which has both a 500ft*lb and a 600ft*lb version. I am a toploader guy, so maybe a Tremec expert will chime in. Here are a few links to check out.
