Default Shift Indicator Light

Can somebody tell me this thing plugs into? My '67 coupe is originally a manual, but the engine/tranny combo I put in it is an automatic. (don't lecture me, this was done years ago). Anyways, the wires on the indicator light have been cut, so I have no idea how long they are, or where they are supposed to plug in. If no one knows, I'll just hook it up to a circuit that is on when the head lights are on, but I figured there is loose wire somewhere, so I might as well utilize it.

Sorry, don't know where you would wire that in. I would do what you said; hook it up to a circuit that comes on with the headlights. I know there is one under the dash for the radio light you may be able to trace back to a connection or switch.
