I would not have a clue how to adjust white balance.

But you do know how to retire. Building cars for the fun of it. I do understand how you can build to sale. Just to keep your habit going. I painted my 67 coupe Springtime Yellow because my 20 year old daughter begged me not to paint it red or black. She is a complete throwback to the 60's/70's. I have to admit it does look good (a sleeper maybe). Keep posting the pics, and great job.

The retired life is tough but someone has to do it. I didn't start out to sell this car. It was going to be my driver but I found a fastback that had to have. Since I probably have too many cars now it only made sense to fix it up and sell it. I do feel like I'm chained to the garage though. Once I get this one done I think I'll head out to San Diego for a break. Get some of those good Carne Asada Burritos. Maybe stop in Vegas on the way.

Your yellow is way cooler than Springtime Yellow. I thought about going with a newer yellow but figured I better just stay stock. My yellow is a real hippie, groovy, flower child, pale ***, yellow, not a racey hotrod yellow.

I had a 1966 Chevy C-10, Long Bed Fleetside, that I restored many years ago. When I took it to the paint guy and told him that I wanted to paint it "Ford Chrome Yellow" he just about busted a nut laughing at me...Chevy with a Ford color on it but it looked DAMN good. When I went to go pick it up a few weeks later he had it parked out front it looked like a beacon shining in the night. It was whole lot of Yellow. He said that he had about 6 people stop and ask about the color and the owner, everywhere I went in that thing, someone was asking me how much I wanted for it. I like Yellow...on some vehicles...it looked exceptionally good on that 66 Chevy though.

Thanks brother, I just hope the folks looking to buy a classic Mustang like that Springtime Yellow color! With a black interior it should look pretty cool.

I'm sure someone will, that's a fine looking car. Great job on it!

My 67 vert was originally springtime yellow, but the PO painted it Acapulco blue. Now the yellow is starting to show through. LOL Your yellow makes me consider going back to the original color. HMMMM... I think I still like the blue better, but it's nice to see a good example of the yellow for reference. Nice job on the paint.
