Default Need Help Identifying my Carb

I recently bought a '66 coupe and among the major tune up i did the car was stalling out on accelerating from a stop and sometimes accelerating out of a sharp low-speed turn. I rebuilt the carb this last weekend only to find that it wasn't set right for my 289, all the adjustments were way off. I could use some help identifying what car the carb came from originally the airhorn says motorcraft not autolite and the id tag on the car reads D4PE EC and below that E 9C 15. any info would be a great help.

According to my resto book, the upper line says it's a carburetor from a 1970-1972 302 or 351 Windsor and it's a two barrel. The lower line on the carb reads as follows: "E" is the design change revision, "9" is the year (1969), "C" is the month (March) and 15 is the day, so the carb was probably built March 15th, 1969. Unfortunately, my book doesn't give the "model number". The part number associated with a D4PE EC carburetor is D2AZ-9510-P
