Default 1967 VIN location on engine

First I will ask for forgiveness in advance for what I'm about to ask. My brother owns a 1967 Mustang convertible. He has been asking me to restore the car for him (I own a restoration company that specializes in GM). My first question to him was to authenticate the car and find out if it is a numbers-matching vehicle. He does not know where the VIN is located on the block. Can someone here help us authenticate this car?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Matt

Behind the starter, like he said (Here is my 69 302 number) (the engine is upside down on a stand)
