Sorry, I couldn't resist. I'm from PA, now in So Cal. The temps are awesome, but you might get shot on your way to the store! Grass is always greaner, right?

Ha Ha you Southerners and Californians are spoiled! Burrr it's cold here. Okay so I scored on a 67 radio at the Columbus swap meet this weekend. I've been looking for about a year now and finally found one that was in great shape, had both *****, and it actually works!

We are also working on cleaning up the firewall, welding shut the holes that will not be used.

While Aaron was grinding away, I started to smooth the quater panel lead joints with Everglass. I don't know why but I think using body filler is so nerve racking! I can cut the body line in when we get some Quantum.

Are those tin man's subframe connectors? I looked a little at the first couple of pages but I may have missed it.

Car is looking good but this thread is bad for me. After reading this all I want to do is work on mine and I have finals next week. Talk about a rock and a hard place.

That radio is clean! Plus it works! What a deal!

Are y'all thinking of any sort of aftermarket audio system or just stock?

Yes they are Tin Man. Good luck with finals, so glad that time in my life is over

We will put an aftermarket radio in the glove box. I wanted a stock radio just for the looks. Any aftermarket speakers will be hidden the best we can, as well. My goal is to make the interior as original as possible to the 67 deluxe.

Pics of the engine bay in primer.

The car looks awesome!!

Santa came early and dropped off all the R&C front suspension parts last night. Looks like there is some cutting, grinding and welding in my future

I find a little funny that you are concerned about the original radio after all the mods you've done. It does look good though.
